Daniel K Marvin

I focus my practice on estate planning, Medi-Cal planning, trust administration, probate, business law, and real estate law. Growing up in the Central Valley, I learned the importance of hard work and integrity. After graduating from Mt. Whitney High School in 1989, I attended the University of Southern California, where I was a member of the Men's Water Polo team and the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, serving as its President during my junior and senior years. In 1993, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from USC's Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Marketing. Following my graduation, I returned to the Central Valley and became the owner of Exeter Auto Supply in Exeter, California. During my time managing the business, I honed my business skills and led the company until selling it in 2014 to pursue a legal career. While running the business, I enrolled at Northwestern California University School of Law and graduated in 2016 with my Juris Doctorate degree. After selling Exeter Auto Supply, I interned for attorney Harold L. Rollin, assisting with civil litigation matters. In 2016, I joined Sherwood Law Offices, working as a law clerk for attorney Peter A. Sherwood while studying for the Bar Exam. After passing the Bar Exam in 2017, I became an Associate Attorney at Sherwood Law Offices. Later, I became a partner with Peter A. Sherwood with the firm now known as The Law Offices of Sherwood & Marvin.
