Michael Jeffrey Repka

Mr. Repka earned a BBA in finance from Pace University in 1993, a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 1999 and an LLM in Taxation from New York University in 2001. Shortly after obtaining his first law degree, Mr. Repka joined a New Jersey-based law firm that specialized in Estate Planning, Real Estate and Franchise law. Through this experience, Michael learned the importance of proper tax structuring in a multitude of legal services. Consequently, Mr. Repka decided to pursue a Masters of Laws degree in Taxation. Since graduating from NYU School of Law in 2001, Mr. Repka has worked in the tax departments of a Big-4 accounting firm and a large international law firm. In these roles, Mr. Repka represented his clients' interests in sophisticated tax, financial and bankruptcy structuring. Michael formed the Law Offices of Michael J. Repka so that he can bring his big firm background and experience to his clients, but with small firm warmth and attention. Michael is active in a number of professional organizations including the Santa Clara Bar Association. Michael is admitted to the State Bars of New York and California, as well as the US Tax Court.
