Meredith Mochel

Meredith Mochel is a Chattanooga trial attorney with 20+ years of experience in criminal defense and family law. Licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, she represents clients in Chattanooga, Hamilton County, and North Georgia. Her practice includes DUI, serious felonies, and high-conflict divorce and custody. Meredith completed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST), Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE), and Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). The same training is often taken by police, which helps her analyze stops, testing, and lab work.
