About
I am the founder of the Law Offices of Melissa Waldinger, P.A., and I have been practicing law since 2001, focusing on Family law. My practice covers areas such filing Petitions for Dissolution of Marriage Actions (Divorce), Domestic Violence Injunctions, Child Support, Paternity Actions, Alimony Actions and Modifications, Petitions and Modifications of Child Support, Modifications, as well as Enforcement and Contempt Actions. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Towson University and my Law Degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and was admitted to practice law in 2001. I am also admitted to practice in Federal courts, specifically in the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Since 2003, I have been running my own private practice law practice in South Florida. My priority is to help my clients resolve their legal issues as efficiently as possible while fighting for their rights. I am dedicated to achieving the legal outcome that aligns with what you want and hope to achieve. I believe in giving you control of your case, ensuring peace of mind as we address even the most challenging matters together. Whether working toward a settlement or representing you in court, I am committed to pursuing what is in your best interest. I am as comfortable advocating for you in the courtroom as I am advising you in my office. I make sure each and every client has my cell phone number for comfort and communication. I take pride in offering a calm and supportive approach to my clients, maintaining fairness and reasonability with fees, and treating every case with confidentiality, competence, and strength.
