Mark Thiel

For over 20 years, Mr. Thiel has served clients in California's Central Valley in matters involving personal injury, wrongful termination & employment disputes, estate planning, probate, tax issues, and criminal law. Mark has effectively represented innocent victims of crimes obtained the the necessary help and treatment to address their exploitation. In some instances he has also helped some of clients wrongfully charged with crimes obtain dismissals of criminal complaints for those wrongfully charged. Also, Mr. Thiel has achieved significant results in helping those overwhelmed with tax liens and liabilities by either negotiating a reduction of the debt, or convincing the taxing authority to accept an affordable repayment plan. In 2008, Mr. Thiel completed training with the Strauss Institute of The Pepperdine University School of Law, and has since that time provided services as a mediator in helping parties resolve their disputes in cases pending in the Superior Courts of California. Mr. Thiel currently serves on a panel of preferred mediators for the San Joaquin County Superior Court. Mr. Thiel has also served as an arbitrator in civil cases.
