Over the past 20 years I have handled thousands of criminal, DUI, and traffic cases throughout Southern California. No problem is too big or too small. In a normal day I appear in traffic court for multiple citations and I also spend time preparing my felony cases for trial. Recent victories include a not guilty verdict on ALL counts for a client charged with murder, criminal threats, robbery and 5 other felony counts (all with gang enhancements), a residential burglary case with DNA that resulted in a hung jury, and hung jury split 6-6 on a marijuana DUI charge that resulted in the charge being dismissed by the court on a 1385 motion. I am also one of a very small group of attorneys who accept privately retained cases in juvenile court for both dependency and delinquency cases.
