Mark Bandy

Mark is a native of Savannah having graduated from Benedictine Military School in 1990. After high school, Mark attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. In 2001 Mark graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law. In addition to his education, Mark has taught in the finance department at SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy, clerked on Capitol Hill for former Georgia Congressman Jack Kingston and worked as an analyst in corporate finance for Stephens, Inc., one of the largest investment banks off Wall Street. For the last two decades, Mark has practiced law in the place that he has always called home, Savannah. Here, he puts his years of education and experience to work for all of his clients to insure that they receive excellent representation and the best possible outcome. For his bankruptcy clients especially, Mark is able to bring his background in finance to bear so that they receive the fresh start envisioned by the drafters of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
