With a strong background in personal injury law, I am deeply committed to advocating for my clients and helping them secure a better future. Before founding the Law Office of Kim Parker, P.A., I gained valuable experience as an Attorney at the Law Offices of Norris C. Ramsey, P.A. There, I navigated the complexities of the legal system, handling intricate cases in both the Circuit and District Courts of Maryland. My journey into law began with a deep desire to seek knowledge and justice. I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1993, building on a solid academic foundation from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and consistently made the Dean’s List. Prior to my academic career, I served in the United States Army in 1985, an experience that instilled in me discipline, resilience, and a strong sense of duty. Advocacy is at the core of my practice. I firmly believe in the importance of standing up for justice, even when the path is challenging. As I often say, “The fight for justice against corruption is never easy. It never has been and never will be. It exacts a toll on our self, our families, our friends, and especially our children. In the end, I believe, as in my case, the price we pay is well worth holding on to our dignity.” This belief fuels my dedication to my clients, as I understand the emotional and financial challenges they face.
