Mark Joseph Conte

My name is Mark Conte and I am partner at the Kelly Law Firm in West Chester, PA. I spent over fifteen years in the Chester County District Attorney's Office where I was ultimately promoted to a Deputy District Attorney. During my time as a Deputy District Attorney, I led the training on trial tactics and techniques for all of Chester County's Assistant District Attorneys. My time spent as a Deputy District Attorney has allowed me to develop a reputation among the Judges and the attorneys that I have been up against. I have tried and handled every kind of case, including 1st degree murder, 2nd degree murder, 3rd degree murder, homicide by vehicle, robbery, rape, burglary, drugs, and DUIs. In addition, I am Death Penalty certified lawyer. As a former Deputy District Attorney, I have a unique, inside perspective that puts me at an advantage compared to other criminal defense attorneys.
