Juan Carlos Burgos

I was born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela, and moved to the United States in 1994. My educational journey began with earning an Associate’s degree in Arts from Valencia Community College in 2003, followed by a B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2005. I later obtained my Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2009. I was admitted to the Florida Bar on September 21, 2010, and to the Kentucky Bar on May 4, 2015. Fluent in Spanish, I serve clients through my firm, the Law Offices of Juan C. Burgos, P.L., which operates across Florida. My practice focuses on bankruptcy matters and a wide range of auto-related personal injury cases, including trucking, automobile, and motorcycle accidents. With over a decade of experience in trials and settlements, I strive to combine clear and compassionate communication with determined advocacy to achieve the outcomes my clients deserve. I am actively involved in the Florida Middle District Bankruptcy Court and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
