Joseph Justin Rollin

I consult with noncitizens, their families and counsel to determine the best course of action to avoid the serious consequences a criminal history may have on immigration status. My office can either represent noncitizens directly in immigration court and on appeal, or work with already retained immigration counsel. I also assist criminal counsel to identify safe haven dispositions for those facing criminal charges or seeking post-conviction relief. If post-conviction work in criminal court is necessary, I will work closely with criminal counsel to obtain a satisfactory alternative disposition. Additionally, I provide a full range of immigration services for noncitizens and their families, including visa applications, adjustment of status, consular processing, relief under the Violence Against Women's Act, naturalization and asylum.
