Daniel M. Santarsiero

Dan has over 25 years of experience representing accident victims throughout New Jersey. His skill and knowledge is so extensive that he has earned the distinction of being certified by the Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney. This is an accomplishment possessed by less than 2% of the lawyers licensed in the state. He has litigated and tried many personal injury and workers compensation matters with numerous seven figure recoveries ($1.0 million or more) and total disability awards. Dan is a lifelong resident of New Jersey who grew up in a single parent household.
