John Foscato

John A. Foscato is a sole practitioner whose practice is solely focused on bankruptcy and creditor-debtor relations. John represents individuals and businesses in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 bankruptcies. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1989 and his law degree from Marquette University in 1992. Mr. Foscato is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and a frequent speaker at legal education seminars. He is peer rated and selected by his colleagues as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer continuously since 2008, as published by Milwaukee Magazine. John is a husband, a father of two children, an avid sportsman and has resided in the Green Bay area since 1992. The practice has grown over the past few decades to include service areas such Northeast WI, especially the greater Fox Valley area-Green Bay, Appleton, Sturgeon Bay and Manitowoc.
