I have been been admitted to the bar of California, U.S. and England & Wales. I am admitted in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California (2001) and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. I have inside knowledge of U.S. immigration both as an immigrant and now as an attorney and advocate for my immigrant clients as I can relate to their concerns. I enjoy guiding my clients through the legal process so that they have the peace of mind of knowing that their case is in experienced hands. At our law firm our goal is to solve our clients immigration problems before they even know they had a problem. Our practice areas include citizenship, family and business immigration, legal permanent residency or green cards through work and family, H-1b, L, E and R visas, fiance visas, PERM labor certification, Deportation or Removal proceedings in Immigration court, and appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
