About
David W. Polsky is a lifelong resident of New Jersey and a defense attorney with over 30 years of legal experience. Since being admitted to practice law in 1991, he has become well known and respected by judges and prosecutors across the state. He offers effective and affordable representation for clients dealing with a wide range of legal issues, including DUI and DWI, traffic violations, criminal charges, white collar crimes, expungements, motor vehicle accidents, and matters related to license suspensions and reinstatements. Mr. Polsky personally manages every case he takes on and does not delegate responsibilities to other attorneys. He is dedicated to guiding his clients through their legal challenges and works tirelessly to achieve the best possible results. Before establishing his own firm in 1995, Mr. Polsky served as a defense attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance in Northern New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bar’s Municipal Court Practice Section. He also serves as President of the Ridge Homeowners Association. Mr. Polsky holds two undergraduate degrees from Syracuse University, including one from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. While at Rutgers, he completed internships with a federal judge in the Third Circuit Eastern District and with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Criminal Division. He also completed a clerkship with a Superior Court Judge in Passaic County. Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Polsky is a husband and father of three. He enjoys cycling, skiing, and is an enthusiastic sports fan. He is also committed to raising awareness and support for breast cancer and Alzheimer’s research, causes that have personally impacted his family.
