David M. Benenfeld has always had the heart of an advocate. From the beginning of his career, when he was first admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994, his focus has been clear: to serve employees who have suffered injuries on the job (workers’ compensation) and to advocate on behalf of those who were hurt due to someone else’s negligence (personal injury). David demonstrates his dedication to his community through his longstanding membership in the Florida Workers’ Compensation Division and his affiliation with the Florida Workers Advocates, where he has been promoting the rights of injured workers since 2007.
