About
I grew up in the South Bay and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. During my four years of active duty in the infantry, I received commendations and awards from two commanding officers. While stationed at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twenty-Nine Palms, California, I took on the role of acting platoon sergeant, leading a platoon of Marines. After completing my service, I earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, followed by my Juris Doctor from Chapman University (Dale E. Fowler) School of Law in Orange, California. During law school, I spent my summers clerking at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, where I assisted with the prosecution of homicide cases. Over the past two decades, I have gained experience in various areas of law, including personal injury, trusts and estates, business, employment, and insurance law. My legal career began at a prominent San Francisco law firm, and since then, I've devoted my efforts to advocating for the rights of injured individuals, achieving impactful results. I have worked with some of California's largest personal injury firms, handling hundreds of cases, including litigation, and securing favorable outcomes against large corporations, government entities, and public transportation carriers. Additionally, I have successfully defended retail and real estate businesses. In my free time, I enjoy learning jiu jitsu, playing ping pong, and cheering on my daughter at her volleyball and basketball games.
