I am a trust & estate attorney with Heisler Rosenfeld Zaragoza in Sacramento, California. My practice encompasses trust and estate administration and conservatorships. My practice emphasizes litigation in these issues including contested conservatorships and financial elder abuse. . From mediation to trials, I work to help my clients successfully resolve complex legal conflicts in the quickest and most cost-efficient way possible, paying special attention to the sensitivities that occur in familial disputes. A majority of the cases I handle are in Sacramento and Placer counties but can handled disputes all throughout the State of California. I am board member for the Sacramento County Bar Association probate section, a member of the Women Lawyers Association, Sacramento County Estate Planning Counsel, Placer County Estate Planning Counsel, Placer County Bar Association, and Placer Women Lawyers.
