Christian U Aguocha

I am an attorney based in Maryland, USA, with a legal background that began in Nigeria, where I obtained my initial legal education and license to practice law. Later, I pursued further education in the United States, earning a Master of Law (LLM) in International Law and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from Hofstra University Law School in New York. In addition to my legal qualifications, I have received training as a cybersecurity professional. I serve as the Managing Attorney at the Law Offices of Chris Aguocha LLC, where my practice focuses on International, Immigration, and Personal Injury Laws. Previously, I worked as an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). I am actively licensed to practice law in New York, Connecticut, Washington DC, and Maryland. I am also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and other professional organizations. Since 2019, I have been a FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator.
