I am a criminal defense attorney serving individuals in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area in both District and Municipal courts. Prior to founding his firm, I spent years as a civil litigator; serving clients from both plaintiff's counsel and defense counsel. My primary focus deals with defending clients charged with offenses involving domestic battery, drug and gun offenses, illegal search and seizure, and white collar crimes. I am concerned with presenting his clients with all the information so that THEY may properly weigh all of their options. There is no compulsion to take a plea to terminate a case. Since opening my firm in 2014, I have taken more than 10 separate cases to a jury for trial. Whether it's going to trial or negotiating a plea, I am happy to do all I can to ensure that the client is fully informed, knowledgeable, and satisfied.
