I have been practicing law in Lake County for over 30 years, dedicated to DUI/Traffic and Criminal Defense, a Secretary of State hearings. This has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the local legal landscape, which I believe is essential for effectively representing my clients. Throughout my career, I have actively participated in the local legal community. I have served as a member of the Criminal/Traffic Law Committee, chaired the Lake County Lawyer Referral Service, and contributed as an author for the Lake County Docket while serving on its Editorial Board. Additionally, I was the Chairman of the Juvenile Law Committee, roles that have allowed me to stay involved in shaping and understanding legal practices within Lake County. I have had the opportunity to share my knowledge by lecturing and teaching other attorneys on topics such as Secretary of State Hearings, DUI, and Traffic Law. I’ve done this through Continuing Legal Education seminars, including the Lake County Criminal Law Seminar, and have spoken at other venues such as the Probation Department, the College of Lake County, and WCBR Radio. I have also written articles addressing criminal, traffic, and Secretary of State law. With three decades of experience, I have built strong relationships within the community, earning respect through hard work and consistent results. I approach each case strategically, carefully evaluating whether a trial or a favorable plea agreement is the best course of action for my clients. While some attorneys may quickly settle cases, I take a thorough approach, exploring every possible angle to achieve the most favorable outcome. My practice is focused exclusively on DUI/Traffic, Criminal Defense, and Driver’s License reinstatement. By concentrating on these areas, I stay current with changing laws and am committed to providing effective representation.
