Since 2001, I have had extensive experience in the area of Consumer Bankruptcy , Chapters 7 and 13. Over the years I have help many individuals and families regain economic stability by losing their debt and keep their homes without losing their dignity. Bankruptcy is a "power move" available to all Americans who qualify. Chapter 11 is available to business as well as individuals who cannot meet the chapter 13 requirements.
