David Scott Mack

Mr. Mack has been an attorney for over 35 years. The vast majority of that practice has been Family Law. Mr. Mack's practice areas include divorce and separation, settlements and trials, child custody, child support, parental alienation, alimony, emancipation, same sex marriage and divorce, contempt hearings, paternity, domestic violence, name changes, grandparental rights, termination of parental rights, prenuptial agreements, mediation, adult guardianships, appeals and emergent applications. Mr. Mack has been a Matrimonial Early Settlement panelist in Morris, Essex and Union Counties for over twenty (20) years. He has also been appointed by the Court as a Blue Ribbon panelist for high asset and complex family law matters. Mr. Mack has been peer elected as a Super Lawyer from 2014 to present. Mr. Mack has written numerous articles and conducted numerous lectures in Family Law. Mr. Mack has also recently been appointed by the Court as a guardian ad litem in contested and uncontested Probate matters.
