Stephen Brodsky

Formerly, a U.S. Navy JAG Corps Attorney, Stephen Brodsky is a veteran criminal defense lawyer who has taken 126 criminal cases to jury trial, the majority of which have ended in a not guilty verdict or hung jury. Mr. Brodsky's tenacity and fearlessness in the courtroom has earned him the respect of prosecutors in San Diego and other counties throughout Southern California. Mr. Brodsky has also become a recognized expert in defending Marine Corps and Navy service members and veterans, utilizing his vast experience practicing military and veterans law, to help active duty service members and veterans avoid criminal prosecutions. Mr. Brodsky is a disabled veteran himself, and has dedicated his law practice to the brave men and women who have put their lives on the line for our country. Mr. Brodsky has a robust pro bono practice for homeless veterans and tirelessly contributes his special skills for the welfare of our military troops, past and present.
