Fees
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information My attorney fees are determined by the type and complexity of the matter. I generally require a Retainer before I commence providing legal services. My hourly rate is always discussed with my clients. In some instances, I will provide services on a fixed fee plus expenses agreement and in matters, such as a plaintiff's personal injury matter, I always require a written engagement agreement for all matters accepted by my office. I don't provide any appellate services.
