I have over ten years of experience handling employment and labor law matters, representing both employees and employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and EEOC cases. Prior to opening my firm, I worked with The Castañón Law Group, Millard Administrative Representation, McNicholas & McNicholas LLP, and the American Postal Workers Union, gaining extensive experience in workplace rights and employment litigation. I earned my Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in Criminal Justice from California State University, San Bernardino, graduating in the top 2% of my department. I received my Juris Doctor from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where I was recognized for Outstanding Achievement in Pro Bono work and counseled clients through the Workers’ Rights Clinic.
