Spojmie Ahmady Nasiri

My name is Spojmie Ahmady Nasiri, and I am the founder of the Law Office of Spojmie Nasiri, PC, where I focus exclusively on immigration law. I represent individuals and families in matters including citizenship and naturalization, family-based immigration, fiancé(e) visas, adjustment of status, DACA renewals, and I-751 petitions. I am committed to guiding my clients through every stage of the immigration process, whether they are seeking lawful status, reuniting with loved ones, or pursuing permanent residency and U.S. citizenship. I am fluent in Pashto and Dari, and my law office staff are fluent in Spanish, allowing us to serve clients across the United States and around the world with accessible, culturally sensitive care. As a first-generation immigrant, I understand firsthand the challenges my clients face. My own experience with family separation due to immigration laws has shaped my passion for helping families stay together and build secure futures. I combine this personal perspective with extensive legal experience representing clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, immigration courts, and U.S. embassies worldwide, providing strategic, compassionate, and detail-oriented advocacy.. I am an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and am dedicated to serving the immigrant community through pro bono work, including assisting detained individuals through the immigration clinic at the University of California, Davis School of Law. I have been honored for my advocacy with recognition such as the Alameda County Women's Hall of Fame induction, the Minority Bar Coalition Unity Award, and AILA President's Commendations. I also serve on AILA's Afghan Response Task Force, which received the Michael Maggio Memorial Pro Bono Award for its efforts supporting Afghan evacuees.
