About

I grew up just outside Detroit, Michigan, but have spent most of my life in Massachusetts, specifically in Plymouth County. After earning my degree with honors from New England Law Boston, I immediately started my career in litigation. During my time in law school, I developed a keen interest in criminal defense, although initially, my practice was dedicated to representing individuals injured by the negligence of others against insurance companies. After spending about ten years building a solid reputation as a civil litigator, I decided to establish my own firm, focusing solely on defending individuals accused of crimes. Over the past twelve years, I have defended hundreds of clients facing various criminal charges. "I represent people during all stages of the criminal process in Massachusetts courts from the investigatory stage through post-conviction relief motions and post-conviction collateral proceedings. I have tried dozens of jury trials, hundreds of bench trials, and litigated hundreds of evidentiary motions to suppress and/or exclude evidence." Choosing the right attorney when you're facing criminal charges is crucial. It should be based on comfort, experience, and the nature of the practice. "I am happy to discuss with you in detail my experience regarding any of the charges you are facing, what I would do and what I have done, along with what areas I have succeeded at in your type of case."
