Russ Alan Baker

Founding attorney Russ Baker has more than 15 years of experience helping clients with their most complex legal matters. He has a long history of litigation experience, and he is never afraid to go to court to fight for his clients’ rights. Russ Baker was born in Arlington, Texas in 1974. In his early years, he was an active member of the Boy Scouts of America, and he earned the distinguished rank of Eagle Scout. Mr. Baker is a graduate of Texas Christian University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. His educational background in biology uniquely qualifies him to handle criminal law cases that involve scientific evidence, including drug cases, DWI, cases that regard DNA or fingerprint evidence, such as assault, burglary, and theft. He received his Juris Doctor at S.M.U. School of Law in 2004. In his free time, Mr. Baker enjoys hunting and fishing, and he is a firearms enthusiast. He also enjoys watching his son play soccer.
