About
Roger K. Evans is an experienced attorney with over 40 years of experience representing individuals, families, farmers, vineyard owners, and business owners throughout Salem, the Willamette Valley, and across Oregon. Raised on a family farm in Polk County and deeply rooted in the region, Roger began his legal career working alongside his father, Keith D. Evans, at the firm of Goodenough & Evans, which was established in the 1960s. Today, through Evans & Associates, he continues that legacy by providing trusted counsel in estate planning, probate, trust and will administration, and business law. Mr. Evans is a member of the Marion County Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar. He is also a member of several Oregon State Bar Sections, including Estate Planning and Administration, and Business Law, as well as a member of the Willamette Valley Estate Planning Council and Wealth Counsel. Mr. Evans is licensed to practice in all Oregon state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. In addition to earning his law degree, he also holds a certification in the legal and business aspects of wine from the Gonzaga University Wine Institute. A lifelong Oregonian, Mr. Evans lives in Salem with his wife. When he's not serving clients, he enjoys exploring Oregon’s great outdoors—whether it’s camping, hiking, skiing, or riding dirt bikes and mountain bikes.
