Robert A. Cutler brings to his practice more than 20 years of legal experience as a business attorney. A former shareholder in the New York office of Akerman LLP, he has represented investors and businesses in hundreds of transactions. His clients operate in a wide range of industries, that include, but are not limited to, financial services, real estate, aviation, apparel, healthcare, beauty (fragrances and cosmetics), supply chain management, food services, leisure and hospitality, entertainment, technology and health and fitness.
