Richard Scott Zirt

I have been a life long resident of the mid-hudson valley and have been a practicing attorney engaged in the private practice of law in New York since 1994. I attended Law School at Detroit College of Law in Detroit, MI, now known as Michigan State University School of Law and at Albany Law School in Albany, NY. I received a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude. I was immediately admitted to practice law in the State of New York in January of 1994 and began a concentrated practice in the areas of Bankruptcy and Debtor/Creditor Law, White Collar Crime, Foreclosure Defense, Mortgage Modification, Family Court and Traffic Law in the mid-hudson valley. I regularly practice in all federal and state courts between New York City and Albany and as far west as Binghamton, NY.
