Philip J. Byers

Attorney Byers is well know for his knowledge in the family law area including, divorce, custody, modifications, paternity, child support, alimony, and parenting plans, as well as mediation. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), Massachusetts Chapter since 1990 and is an Amicus Curiae Committee Member for the National American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers 2013-Present- Successfully involved with federal challenges in various states: case heard by the U.S. Supreme Court recognizing same-sex marriage.
