Patricia M. Pastor

Patricia is an AV rated attorney (Martindale Hubbell) with 18 years' experience as a litigator in labor and employment law. Her practice is focused on representing survivors of sexual trauma, sex trafficking, and sexual harassment. She is a fierce advocate and seeks justice and accountability for her clients through litigation and negotiation. Patricia also represents individuals subjected to civil and human rights violations in employment, policing, and government. Prior to her Bar admission, Patricia developed critical skills through her work in law enforcement investigating sex crimes and reports of child abuse. Patricia is Chair of the Civil Rights Law Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association, and a member of the NYS Trial Lawyers Association, Womens Bar Association of New York, American Association for Justice and The National Crime Victims Bar Association. She has been a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
