Nancy Reyes Guarderas

I am Nancy Reyes Guarderas, an Immigration Attorney with over two decades of dedicated service to the immigrant community. Since obtaining my license to practice law in California in 1998, I have been actively involved in various capacities within the field. Currently, I am proud to serve as the President of my own firm, the Law Office of Nancy Reyes Guarderas, A.P.C. Before founding my private practice, I held the position of Directing Attorney at a well-known corporate immigration law firm that operated across multiple states. My responsibilities in that role included training and supervising a diverse team of attorneys, paralegals, legal clerks, and intake analysts on all facets of immigration law and updates in regulations. I also managed the firm’s marketing efforts and was instrumental in creating and implementing standardized operating procedures for the organization.
