James Milligan

I lead the Law Offices of Milligan & Higgins in Rockland, where I focus on defending individuals accused of OUI, DWI, and DUI in Massachusetts. Each year, I handle over 60 OUI trials, achieving an acquittal rate of 90%. This success reflects my deep understanding of the law and my strategic approach in the courtroom. I am one of only two attorneys in Massachusetts to earn Board Certification in OUI defense from the American Bar Association. For the past 19 years, I have chaired the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) statewide OUI seminar, where I share my knowledge of OUI defense with other attorneys.
