Michele Marte-Indzonka

I have been a practicing attorney since 1988. Admitted to the Connecticut Bar in December 1988 and the New York Bar in February 1989. My main areas of legal representation include: criminal defense- felony and misdemeanor cases, vehicle and traffic offenses- traffic tickets, driving while intoxicated (DWI) and driving while ability impaired (DWAI) cases and landlord tenant matters. I handle cases primarily in Orange, Ulster, Dutchess, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties. During my thirty five year career, I have represented clients in the Bronx Supreme (felony criminal parts) and criminal courts, Grand jury proceedings, Orange and Sullivan County courts (Felony criminal parts) and all of the local justice and city courts in Orange County, New York . I have represented clients in criminal trials in Bronx, Sullivan and Rockland county courthouses. I give my clients personal attention and representation.. You are not a file number with my office.
