Michael E. Smith, Esq. is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the William S. Boyd School of Law. Mr. Smith focuses primarily in the areas of Business Law, Intellectual Property, Contract Drafting and Review, Elder Law, Civil Litigation, and Personal Injury. Mr. Smith is admitted to practice in all Nevada state and municipal courts, as well as the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada.
