I am a Boston criminal defense attorney and the founder of the Law Office of Matthew W. Peterson. After earning my Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, I began representing clients across Boston and Eastern Massachusetts who are facing serious criminal charges or legal issues related to firearms. As a trial attorney, I approach every case with the preparation needed to litigate in court. My practice includes defending individuals charged with DUI/OUI, drug offenses, assault, violent crimes, domestic violence, and firearms charges. I also assist with LTC (License to Carry) denials, suspensions, revocations, and appeals. Additionally, I handle restraining orders, clerk magistrate hearings, and criminal appeals.
