Mary Heare Amodio

My practice is focused on individuals and small businesses and helping them to create estate and business succession plans that address the client's concerns and needs. I represent clients in probate cases, trust administration, guardianship, and conservatorships. I represent individuals throughout Lake County (including Middletown, Lakeport, Clearlake, Kelseyville, Lucerne, Clearlake Oaks, Glenhaven, Nice and Upper Lake) and surrounding counties. Prior to practicing law, I worked in Banking, Community Development and Education.
