Mariana Toledo-Hermina

I focus my legal practice entirely on immigration law. My journey into this area began after working closely with immigrant communities in the fields of health, education, and community organizing. I started my legal career as a juvenile defense attorney with the Bronx Legal Aid Office in New York, and for over 15 years, I have continued to work in immigration law. I earned my Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law, and I hold a B.A. in Modern Languages from the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras, PR. I am fluent in Spanish and maintain active membership in the North Carolina State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
