Kristine Calalang

Ms. Calalang focuses her practice on helping clients with their domestic relations matters. She has strong leadership experience and currently serves as the 2026 Chancellor-Elect of the Philadelphia Bar Association (Phila Bar). She will be the 100th Chancellor of Phila Bar in 2027. She is a past chair of the Association's Board of Governors, Family Law Section and the Women in the Profession and Solo and Small Firm Committees. She also serves on the Board of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania and is also in leadership positions in the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Ms. Calalang is a past President of the Villanova Minority Alumni Society (MAS) Leadership Board and is a Board Advisor on the Villanova Law Alumni Association (VLAA) Board, MAS Board, and the Villanova Law Women's Network. She has served on the Young Lawyer Editorial Board for The Legal Intelligencer and is a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the National Association of Women Lawyers, the American Bar Association, and the PBA Additionally, Ms. Calalang is a mediator and serves as a certified arbitrator for Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. She often plans and presents legal education and informational programs and events. Ms. Calalang has also been recognized for her exceptional legal work and leadership. She received the 2025 H. Robert Fiebach Award for Promotion of Women in the Law and the 2024 Award for Outstanding Leadership in DEI from PBA. She also received the 2022 Diversity Initiative Award from the Legal Intelligencer, the 2021 Weiman, Sr. and Jr, Family Law Award from the Phila Bar, and the 2019 VLAA Gerald Abraham Award for Service from Villanova Law. She was named as a Rising Star in Super Lawyer: Rising Stars Editions 2010, 2011, 2013, and 2014 and as a Super Lawyer from 2020-2026. She was also named as 2008 Lawyer on the Fast Track and was on the First Judicial District's Pro Bono Rolls of Honor from 2006 -2010.
