Kerri Christine Smith

For the past 25 years, I have dedicated my law practice to representing individuals and families who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. Over the course of my career, I have received several academic and professional honors and awards. I am admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the District of Columbia, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court. As a member of The Florida Bar, I have actively supported the Florida Justice Association. My law practice, based in Boca Raton, Florida, primarily handles cases involving auto accidents, fall accidents, wrongful death, negligent security, dog bites, premises liability, and general liability matters. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy surfing and kiteboarding. I have also devoted time to environmental non-profit organizations and efforts to protect the environment.
