Kenneth V Hoffman

Kenneth V. Hoffman received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Cleveland Marshall Law School. He is licensed in the State and Federal Courts of Washington and Ohio. He began his legal career in the trust department of Ameritrust Corporation, at the time the largest bank holding and trust company in Ohio. Mr. Hoffman was hired by the Clark County based Northwest National Bank in 1979 to establish and administer its trust department. He was responsible for all aspects of probate and trust administration, investment and taxation, and also served as in house counsel for the bankâs commercial departments. Mr. Hoffman entered private practice in 1982, focusing on estate planning, real estate and business law. He is co-founder, Vice President, and legal counsel to the East Vancouver Business Association. He is currently President of the Southwest Washington Estate Planning Council (SWEPC), a local professional organization consisting of lawyers, accountants, financial planners and insurance specialists dedicated to providing a superior level of estate planning ideas and service to Washington residents. As past President of the SWEPC, Mr. Hoffman is uniquely qualified to assist families with their estate planning because of his need to keep up to date with the latest developments in this ever changing field.
