Jeremy Peck

Jeremy Peck is a California attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate bankruptcy and find a path to financial stability. He understands that financial challenges can be overwhelming, and he works closely with his clients to provide clear guidance, practical solutions, and compassionate representation. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Peck built a career in the field of behavioral sciences, working with the Department of Defense and other organizations. This experience gave him a deep understanding of people, problem-solving, and the importance of careful, thoughtful decision-making, skills he now applies in his law practice. Mr. Peck earned his B.A. in Politics, with a minor in East Asian Studies, from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He later received a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University. While working for Congress in Washington, D.C., and later with the Department of Defense in Monterey, he chose to pursue law at the Monterey College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.). Today, Mr. Peck focuses his practice on bankruptcy law, specifically Chapters 7 and 13, guiding clients through every step of the process with dedication and care.
