James Joseph Falcone

James Falcone has been providing Business Law, Real Estate Law and Litigation advocacy since 1987. An experienced and determined attorney, James is dedicated to protecting the interests of individuals and businesses throughout Northern California. James represents borrowers, lenders, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, builders and developers in business and commercial matters, as well as handling litigation and dispute resolution cases. His practice also provides counsel for business formation, contract drafting and review, and sales and leasing agreements. James is dedicated to providing high quality, cost-effective legal representation. James earned his B.S. in Forest Management from the University of Maine. Prior to attending law school, he was employed by the U.S. Forest Service at the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. James obtained his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
