About
I am an attorney in solo practice in Boston, Massachusetts. I represent clients throughout the Commonwealth in residential real estate transactions (purchases, sales, refinancings, etc.), residential development projects, resolving complex title issues, and other real estate-related matters. My experience includes handling condominium conversions and revisions to condominium documents, easements and right-of-way matters, mixed-use developments, tax exemption cases, and commercial leasing. Over the years, I have worked with developers, lenders, as well as individual buyers and sellers of real estate. I received my BA summa cum laude in political science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1988, and my Juris Doctor cum laude from Boston College Law School in 1992. During law school, I served as the Executive Editor of what was then known as the Boston College Third World Law Journal. After graduation, I joined the commercial litigation department of a prominent global law firm, where I had a significant focus on real estate-related matters. In 2001, I established my own law firm. I am admitted to practice before all Massachusetts state courts and have earned a 10.0 "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo. I am actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Boston Bar Association, the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts, and the Massachusetts Bar Association. From 2011 to 2014, I taught courses on Modern Real Estate Transactions at New England Law | Boston. Additionally, I serve as the chair of my local zoning committee.
