Daniel H. Kyser

Daniel H. Kyser is a Colorado native, trial lawyer, and constitutional advocate who founded the Law Office of Daniel H. Kyser, LLC in Greenwood Village in 2009 after beginning his career at Denver-area criminal defense firms. For more than 19 years he has concentrated his practice on serious criminal defense and appellate work in Colorado. Daniel has personally tried over 100 cases to jury verdict and represented clients in thousands of criminal matters across Colorado's state, federal, and municipal courts. He has argued before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court, authored published appellate opinions shaping Colorado criminal procedure, and litigated First- and Fourth-Amendment §1983 civil rights claims against Colorado law enforcement.
