Daniel Alexander Jimenez

Daniel A. Jimenez's primary areas of practice are Estate Planning, Estate Litigation, Special Needs Planning and Guardianship. He handles a wide range of complex matters affecting the disabled and senior communities. Daniel has spoken in front of the public and fellow attorneys on many occasions regarding Guardianship and the importance of putting the appropriate lifetime planning devices in place for the benefit of special needs children. Daniel is a graduate of Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. In 2005 Daniel was selected as a Legal Fellowship winner by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Daniel is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Nassau Lawyer's Association.
