Lisa Ann McBee

Lisa McBee is an immigration and estate-planning attorney at the Law Office of Dana L. White, PLLC, in Texas. She is committed to serving clients with compassion, integrity, responsiveness, and practical guidance during some of the most important transitions in their lives. Her practice centers on helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex legal matters with clarity and confidence. Lisa’s primary passion is immigration law. She represents clients in both employment-based and family-based immigration matters and has extensive experience guiding employers, professionals, families, and individuals through the demanding landscape of U.S. immigration law. She also assists corporate clients with immigration-related compliance and hiring practices involving the U.S. Department of Labor and USCIS. In addition, Lisa works with clients in estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning tools, helping them protect what matters most and plan thoughtfully for the future. A native Texan, Lisa earned her B.A. in History from the University of Kansas in 1991 and her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2006. Before becoming an attorney, she worked for more than eleven years as an immigration paralegal under Howard Eisberg, whom she continues to regard as an important mentor. She later practiced immigration law in Missouri for more than a decade before returning to Texas in 2017. Lisa is licensed in both Texas and Missouri and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, including its Texas and Missouri/Kansas chapters, as well as the American Bar Association and the Northeast Tarrant County Bar Association.
